I started the diet on a Sunday because of the menu repeats after day 8 and this way I eat the same meals on The same day of the week. For me this is the easiest day because I'm very excited to get started and change myself in the process. My hunger level very low (well below normal)and my energy level is very high (well above normal) after all I’m ready for this!
Mon-02 (132 lbs- 60 kg)
My hunger level is low (below normal), energy level was high (above normal) my because I’m still excited about losing weight. I do not normally have breakfast (I know bad eating habit) so I didn't miss it. I usually drink 3 cups of coffee a day, 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, so having only 1 cup is something I have to become accustomed to during these two weeks. Who knows maybe I'll decrease my caffeine habit after this. The first time I did this I used to have soda cravings, when I finished I didn't have them any more.

4 tbsp Greek Yogurt

Bake ham in toaster oven for 5 mins at 250 degrees.
Place yogurt, water, basil, parsley and oregano in a blender and blend until fully mixed then transfer to bowl.

02 - Dinner

3.5 oz ground beef
|
Combine beef, onion, chives, basil, parsley and oregano into burger patty and grill to desired temperature.
Squeeze lime onto cabbage leaf, and warp burger in seasoned levels.
Peel apple and use apple peel for garnish.
