I’m not 120 lbs; but I’m only 1 lb away. I can’t believe this diet worked for me twice !!! OMG I’m so happy I can barely contain myself. I treated myself by going out to eat with friends. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken in order to keep the diet. The best part is that I reached into my closet and pulled a dress that I bought when I thought I was in decent shape and I have not touched it in more than 6 years. You know what, it zipped up !!! Even better there it felt a little loose !!! Honestly I’m so happy typing this that I’m vibrating in my seat and most likely registering on the Richter scale.
Now I don’t look like a slender movie star; but I don’t care… I fit into my old clothes. I still have a belly and my arms are flabby. But all that flab fits into closed that are two size smaller than last month. OMG I can’t stop, you are probably getting sick of this. However, I got that “win” I set out to get and I could not be happier.
For lunch I was so busy that I had to settle for eating only a carrot and hard boiled eggs, nothing creative; but it did the trick. The restaurant grilled chicken salad was tasty; but only because I was wearing that dress from so many years ago. If you try this diet I sincerely from the bottom of my heart hope that at the end of your journey you feel as good as I do right now and that the feeling sticks for a long time.
